Ingredients
- 2 lb pork shoulder, cubed
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 onion + 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp cumin + 1 tsp oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- Corn tortillas, warmed
- Cilantro, diced onion, lime wedges
Steps
Season the pork and combine with orange juice, onion, garlic, and spices.
Cook low and slow until fork-tender, about 3 hours.
Shred the pork, then crisp it in a hot, wide pan.
Warm the tortillas until pliable.
